Virtual Analysis (online)

Full refund Eligibility: A full refund may be issued if you have not yet submitted your photos for analysis. 

No Refund After Submission: Once your photos have been submitted, Moriah may have already begun the analysis process. As a result, we are unable to offer a refund at this stage.
 
In-person Analysis
A 10% deposit must be paid prior to an in-person analysis as there is time and effort that goes into preparing for your analysis, especially if it is a home-visit. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded. 

Dissatisfaction with the Online or in-person Analysis Results
If you are not satisfied with your colour analysis, refunds will not be provided. Each analysis involves a significant investment of time, expertise, and professionalism. We encourage you to explore and experiment with your new palette before forming a final opinion.
